Each box is designed for 8 children — the birthday child plus 7 guests — including goodie bags, craft materials and all resources for the full group. If you're expecting more guests, you can add extra participant packs at checkout. Each additional pack covers one extra child.

None at all. PartyPilot is your step-by-step co-pilot from the moment the box arrives. It walks you through deco setup, the day-before prep checklist, every activity script — word for word — right to the last goodie bag. A grandparent, babysitter or older sibling can run the whole thing without a second of stress.

Completely. Every activity works indoors and outdoors — living room, garden, park, or village hall. The weather doesn't dictate your plans. If it's sunny, take the enchanted trail hunt outside. If it rains, the whole adventure runs perfectly inside. You decide what fits your space on the day.

We deliver across Switzerland. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before the party — this gives you plenty of time to receive the box, explore PartyPilot and feel fully prepared. Planning an urgent party? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.

Everything is inside across three phases: decorations for the deco setup, all enchanted woodland gear, craft kit, games, spell circle finale and goodie bags for the party itself. You provide your own phone (any smartphone) and food and cake — that's it. Every decoration, prop, craft material, game and goodie bag is included and ready to go.

You tell us your child's age when you order — we pack the box accordingly. Every clue, craft and activity is chosen and prepared to match that age group: challenging enough to feel exciting, never too difficult. Ages 3–5 get picture-based clues, guided craft steps and a gentler pace. Ages 6–8 get written riddles, more complex crafts and a faster, more competitive flow. Everything arrives ready for that age, right out of the box.
