Preparation & Setup

Get cozy, make a coffee- It only takes 10 minutes to prepare the whole Party Entertainment

  • Each item is marked with a Number. Look out for the sticker! Place them all outside the box for better visibility.

  • Use the "Map sheet of paper" (item 1) and draw the room/ area (if outdoor) draw important marks ( sofa, tree, fireplace) etc. and draw the final area where you will hide the treasure.
--> Rip the map into 8 pieces and you have your 8 clues

TIP: Pipecleaners are easier to hold for the small hands to put the beads on- use it to stack the beads and then close it safely by bending it.

  • Prepare the "Take home bags" (Item 7) so that the kids can fill it with what they craft, what they find in the pinata, treasure and any extras you would like to add.

  • Hang the "Throw Banner" (item 9) in a door frame with the double sided tape (Item 8) ( if outdoors ( a tree) between 2 chairs, or simply held by an adult
