Preparation & Setup

Get cozy, make a coffee- It only takes 10 minutes to prepare the whole Party Entertainment

  • Each item is marked with a Number. Look out for the sticker! Place them all outside the box for better visibility.

  • Use the "Map sheet of paper" (item 1) and draw the room/ area (if outdoor) draw important marks ( sofa, tree, fireplace) etc. and draw the final area where you will hide the treasure.
    --> Rip the map into 8 pieces and you have your 8 clues

    The clues don`t have to be logically connected. They might also win a clue from you -when- for example - they solve a riddle or win a game.

  • Hide the first clue in a shoe/ cupboard/ shoe rack

  • Fill the Pinata with some sweets and add one piece of the Map

  • Pot and wooden Spoon for blindfolded Pot game

  • Get a white A4 paper and draw ( using the secret ink pen - item 2) an Arrow that shows in the direction where you will hide another clue. Kids have to find out that they have to use the pen light to make it visible.

  • On a blanket ( when in the park) or on a table - prepare the Masks (item 3) and the tattoos( item 4) and a bowl with water and towel

  • in the corner of the table prepare (for later) the wooden crafts.

  • Hide the treasure
    --> Take (item 5) the treasure box and add in the beads (item 6) - it is everything needed for the last craft. You can also add in sweets. Hide it somewhere under a blanket / under the sofa/ outdoors behind the tree and mark it with some of the glitter tape with a big X.

  • Prepare the "Take home bags" (Item 7) so that the kids can fill it with what they craft, what they find in the pinata, treasure and any extras you would like to add.

  • Hang the "Throw Banner" (item 9) in a door frame with the double sided tape (Item 8) ( if outdoors ( a tree) between 2 chairs, or simply held by an adult

  • Lay out the Felt stones (Item 10)

  • Prepare on the side the crafting activity with the wooden butterfly chimes (item 11)

  • The beautiful magic ribbon wands ( 12)

  • Invitation cards (13)

The itinerary
  1. Intro Clip
    Gather the kids around the TV or a computer for them to hear their message from Fairy Pearlhair. ( Please reach out to get your personalized message with the names of your child and their guests) Big kid eyes guaranteed!

  2. Fairy Get ready Playlist Fairy sounds ( 20 songs)
    Show them how to scratch with the wooden stick and make hearts or stars on the masks, decorate them withstickers and diamonds. Put the tattoos on their Arms and give them their magic bracelets.

  3. Cheer them up - Hype them up (5 minutes)
    Gather them all with their Masks and Tattoos ( First Group Picture)
    Hype them up and find a common cheer or slogan. They will scream now ( with your guidance) and everytime they find a clue.
    Example: „Hinweis her! Glitzer sehr! Feenschatz – wir wollen mehr!

  4. First clue will be found either in a shoe or the shoe rack. (indoor or outdoor setup)
    🍄 Clue #1 – Hidden in the Woodland Shoe (5 minutes)

    Challenge: Find the hidden clue where shoes are stored.
    📜 Clue: “A forest clue is waiting for you, Where you leave your shoes, check a pair or two!”

  5. 🌊 Whispering Stream Challenge (10 minutes)

    Challenge: Cross the stream by stepping only on magic stepping stones. Don’t touch the water (floor)!
    Setup Tip: Use felt stones or mats spaced out as the “safe path.” The first child to cross safely wins the 2nd clue. Add forest and water sounds to build atmosphere.
    Optional Twists:

    • Speed Round: First one to cross without going back and shout “The stream can’t catch me!” wins.

    • Space out the stones with every round and make it harder- Once all have crossed even the hardest level, they receive the clue

  6. ✨ Fairy Finder Quest
    Blindfold the player, hand them a fairy wand (wooden spoon with ribbons), and guide them with "hot" or "cold" hints as they search for the hidden Fairy Treasure Chest. When they tap it, they earn a magical prize from the chest. Repeat until all fairies have had a turn! 🌸✨
    Everyone who’s out gets a fairy gem sticker!

🍵 Build Your Fairy butterfly & Drink Break (25 minutes)
  1. Crafting (Item 11)
    Now it’s time to build your magical Fairy Butterfly (or Enchanted Butterfly Kite)!

    🧚‍♀️ Challenge: Let the children decorate their Butterfly with sparkles, gems, and markers.
    Setup Tip: Help them write their names and attach the wind chimes. Once finished, guide them to twirl and dance with their creations — making magical music as they float through the air.
    🧚 Time for another Picture with their chimes- They’ll take these home in their bags as a memory from the mystical forest!


    The Secret Forest Message (5 minutes)

    “The next clue is hidden… but only magic can reveal it!”

    📍 Hide the Clue: On paper written with invisible ink using the “magic forest pen.”
    🎯 Challenge: Place objects like a fruit, a cup, a stone, and the UV pen on a table.
    Setup Tip: Ask the kids how they think they could reveal a secret. After guessing, guide them to shine the magic light on the paper. When they discover the “ Arrow” symbol, it will point to the direction of the next activity - The Throw game Banner!


    🦇 Chase the Mischievous Forest Bats (15 minutes – Item 9)

    “Watch out! The forest bats are causing mischief! Use your fairy aim to stop them!”

    📍 Hide the Clue: Behind the bat target or let it “fly down” when the challenge is complete.
    🎯 Challenge: Kids throw bean bags through the holes of the Enchanted Tree Game Banner to score hits.
    Setup Tip: Keep a tally together. When they reach 10 hits total, the next clue magically appears (drop it from your hand or pull from behind the banner).


    🪄Fairy Wand Dance – “Bell Ring, Wings Sing!” (5–10 minutes)

    The next clue will appear through the Group`s use of the Magic Wand
    🎯 Challenge: A gentle, joyful movement game. Play soft, whimsical music from the Playlist. Kids dance in a circle or around the room, waving their wands and listening to the bell sounds they make.
    Setup Tip: Call out movement prompts like below and let them dance to them- start slow and give them time and then become faster and faster rotating through the prompts.
    „Dreh dich wie ein Wirbelwind!“

    🧚‍♀️ Mini Piñata Challenge – Forest Fairy Stash (10 minutes)

    “Crack open the Fairy’s secret pouch to find your clue!”

    📍 Hide the Clue: Inside the mini piñata with some sweets.
    🎯 Challenge: Let each child take turns hitting the piñata. When it bursts, the next clue spills out with the forest treats.


    Treasure Found – X Marks the Magical Spot! (10 minutes)

    “You’re so close! The final clue says: ‘Where the glowing “X” lies, your treasure hides!’”

    📍 Hide the Treasure: Under a pile of scarves or paper with a large glittery “X” marking the spot.
    🎯 Challenge: Let the kids search the area until someone finds the treasure chest.
    Setup Tip: Use red or sparkly fabric tape to make the “X.” Keep it a little hidden to build suspense.


    🏆 Final Celebration

    Let the kids cheer!

    “Treasure found! We are the protectors of the forest!”

    📸 Take a magical group photo with the treasure and their gliders!


    💎 Jewellery Crafting – Treasures of the Forest (20 minutes)

    Now, settle down at the craft table. Inside the treasure chest are fairy beads, sparkling gems, and Pipe cleaners.

    🧝 Challenge: Help the children create their own Forest Guardian Bracelets.
    Setup Tip: Assist with tying knots and adding charms. Add these to their take-home bags as a final memento from their adventure.
