Preparation & Setup

Get cozy, make a coffee- It only takes 10 minutes to prepare the whole Party Entertainment
Each item is marked with a Number. Look out for the sticker! Place them all outside the box for better visibility.
Use the "Map sheet of paper" (item 1) and draw the room/ area (if outdoor) draw important marks ( sofa, tree, fireplace) etc. and draw the final area where you will hide the treasure.
--> Rip the map into 8 pieces and you have your 8 cluesThe clues don`t have to be logically connected. They might also win a clue from you -when- for example - they solve a riddle or win a game.
Hide a clue in a shoe/ cupboard/ shoe rack or under a shoe (if outside)
Fill the Pinata (Item 2) with some sweets and add one piece of the Map
plastic or cooking Pot and Magic wand (3) for blindfolded Pot game
Get a white A4 paper and draw ( using the secret ink pen - item 4) an Arrow that shows in the direction where you will hide another clue. Kids have to find out that they have to use the pen light to make it visible.
On a blanket ( when in the park) or on a table - prepare the first craft activity (item 5) and the tattoos( item 6) and a bowl with water and towel
in the corner of the table prepare (for later) the wooden crafts (item 7)
Hide the treasure
--> Take (item 8) the treasure box and add in the beads (item 9) - it is everything needed for the last craft. You can also add in sweets. Hide it somewhere under a blanket / under the sofa/ outdoors behind the tree and mark it with some of the glitter tape with a big X with the red glitter tape (item 10)Prepare the "Take home bags" (Item 11) so that the kids can fill it with what they craft, what they find in the pinata, treasure and any extras you would like to add.
Hang the "Throw Banner" (item 12) in a door frame with the double sided tape (Item 13) ( if outdoors ( a tree) between 2 chairs, or simply held by an adult

The itinerary
Intro Clip
Gather the kids around the TV or a computer for them to hear their message from Princess Lani Aloha. ( Please reach out to get your personalized message with the names of your child and their guests) Big kid eyes guaranteed!Island Get ready Playlist Hawaii Island sounds ( 20 songs)
Craft & Prep Activity:
Show them how to use the wooden stick to scratch shapes like flowers or waves onto their pendant. Let them decorate with tropical stickersand shiny gems. Then hand out their Take home bags and they can attach their pendant to their bag and fill it up during the birthday.
Apply temporary tattoos on their arms and face if they like.
Give each child their Island Flower Chain – that grants them island princess powers and their cool Aloha skirts ( 2 red ones for the boys)Cheer them up - Hype them up (5 minutes)
Once all ready with all their props- Take the inflatable frame and make the first Group Picture.
Then circle Up for the Hula Chant
Have all kids stand in a circle, wearing their skirts and leis.
Play cheerful island music in the background.Teach the Group Hula Moves (very simple):
Sway side to side (hands out) 🌊
Spin like a coconut 🥥
Raise arms to the sun ☀️
Wiggle like a jellyfish 🐙
Do each move together a few times to get in sync.
Group Chant
Once they’ve done the moves, say together:
“Aloha! Aloha! Let the island magic show! Give us a clue, where should we go?”Reveal the First Clue
Drop it into the center of the circle🦜 Parrot Patrol Game (10 minutes)
Form a Circle
Kids sit or stand in a circle.Pick 1 Tiki Guardian
One adult ( or child) stands in the middle pretending to sleep.Pass the Parrot
Kids quietly pass the inflatable parrot around the circle.
If they drop it, giggle, or take too long — the Tiki Guardian "wakes up" and growls!Caught? Fun Penalty!
If the Guardian wakes, everyone stands up and does a quick silly action (flap like a parrot, spin, or hula), then starts again.
In later rounds, pass the parrot using only elbows, or feet or while dancing. Make around 5-6 rounds. Clue Nr 2 will then appear in the circle (secretely thrown in by adult)
. 💦 Coconut Knockdown!
Age: 6 years
Players: 8
You Need:Small water pistols (1 per child)
6–8 lightweight plastic cups ( item 15)
A table or low ledge
small bucket of water for refills
Set Up the “Coconut Tree”
Line up the cups on a table – this is the "coconut tree." Space them out like targets.Divide into 2 Teams
4 kids per team. Line up a few meters away from the cups.Aim & Fire!
One team goes first. Each child has 30 seconds to knock down as many “coconuts” as they can using their water pistol.
Then the second team goes.Keep Score
Count how many cups each team knocks down.
🐚 Island Treasure Quest (15 minutes)
👑 Challenge: Blindfold one child and have it go down on all 4. Hand them a Palm Wand (item 4). Hide Pot nearby.
have the other kids scream “Hot” or “Cold” hints to guide the child on the floor to the treasure. When they tap it, they earn something sweet. After a couple of rounds you hide the clue Nr 3.
🌸 Everyone else cheers them on. Once they’ve played, they each get a Shell or Flower Sticker.
🍵 Build Your Island Seashell Chimes & Drink Break (25 minutes)
Crafting (Item 11):
Now it’s time to build your magical Island Seashell Chimes🌺 Challenge: Let the children decorate their item with stickers, gems, and bright markers.
🌈 Setup Tip: Help them write their names and attach hanging seashell chimes to the item.Once they’re ready, guide the children to twirl and dance with their Seashell Chimes under island music — making joyful sounds in the breeze.
📸 Island Photo Time with their creations! They’ll take these home as a magical memory from the Hawaiian Isles. Let them add it to their bag.
🪄 The Message in a Coconut (5 minutes)🌴 “The next clue is hidden… but only island magic can reveal it!”
📍 Hide the Clue: Write it in invisible ink using the “Magic Pen.”
🪸 Challenge: Place a coconut, a shell, a mango, and the UV pen on a table.🎯 Setup Tip: Ask the kids how they might find a secret island message.
After guessing, guide them to shine the magic light on the paper. When they reveal the “Arrow”, it points them to the Clue Nr 4
Island Toss Challenge!
🥥 Coconut Toss – Mischievous Monkey Mayhem (15 minutes – Item 9)🌴 “The island monkeys are causing trouble! Can you help calm them with your aim?”
📍 Hide the Clue: Behind the monkey toss banner or let it drop down when they hit the goal.
🎯 Challenge: Kids throw beanbags (coconuts) through holes in the Palm Tree Toss Banner.
✅ Setup Tip: Cheer together as they reach 10 total hits – then reveal the next clue 5 like magic!🍍 Mini Piñata Smash – Island Princess Pouch (10 minutes)
🌸 “Crack open Princess Leilani’s secret pouch to find your clue!”
📍 Hide the clue 6 inside a pineapple or tiki-style piñata with sweets.
🎯 Let each child take a swing until it bursts – releasing the clue with tropical treats! They can have them now or add to their bag.
❌ Treasure Found – “X” Marks the Sandy Spot! (10 minutes)🌴 “So close! The final clue says: Where the glowing ‘X’ lies, your treasure hides!”
📍 Hide the Treasure: Under a beach towel, scarves, or palm leaves with a shimmering ‘X’ on top.
✅ Setup Tip: Use shiny tape, flowers, or seashells to create the “X.” Let them search the area together!
🏆 Final Celebration – Island Heroes Unite!🌈 Let the kids cheer together:
“Treasure found! We are the Princesses of the Aloha Isles!”
📸 Take a joyous group photo with the treasure and their butterflies or leis!
💎 Jewellery Crafting – Treasures of the Tropics (20 minutes)🌺 Wind down at the craft table. Inside the treasure chest are ocean beads, shell charms, and pipe cleaners.
🎯 Challenge: Help the children craft their own Island Guardian Bracelets.
✅ Setup Tip: Assist with tying and charm placement. These go into their take-home bags as the final magical keepsake of their island adventure.ate!
